Intel Core Ultra X7 358H Panther Lake leaks with Xe3 GPU in ASUS ROG Zephyrus G14

A Geekbench 6 listing revealed performance metrics for Intel's Core Ultra X7 358H processor with Panther Lake architecture. The chip features 16 cores in a 4+8+4 arrangement and 12 Xe3 graphics cores. ASUS plans to use the processor in its ROG Zephyrus G14 laptop with 32 gigabytes of LPDDR5x memory.

The integrated graphics unit scored between 46,841 points and 52,946 points in separate tests on the same device. The results suggest performance gains of 69 percent to 91 percent compared with Intel's Xe2 graphics in Lunar Lake processors. The processor operates with a 1.9 gigahertz base clock and reaches 4.8 gigahertz boost speeds on performance cores.

Intel previously claimed 50 percent performance improvements for Xe3 graphics over the previous generation. The company expects to release Panther Lake processors in January with a 45-watt default thermal design power rating. The graphics unit runs at 2,500 megahertz and shares 16 gigabytes of system memory.
