Trevon Diggs ruled out for Cowboys after home accident

The Dallas Cowboys faced another blow on Friday when star cornerback Trevon Diggs was ruled out for Sunday’s game due to a concussion from a “home accident.” Offensive coordinator Brian Schottenheimer confirmed that Diggs showed concussion symptoms and was placed in the protocol.

The incident happened late Thursday night, but details remain unclear. Schottenheimer emphasized the team's concern for Diggs' well-being and stated they are gathering more information.

With Diggs out, rookie Trikweze Bridges and second-year player Caelen Carsen will step in. Despite this setback, the expected return of wide receiver CeeDee Lamb offers some hope for the team.
